Natural energy tea from South America. We prepare HOT or COLD version.
Green Mate Rancho
The traditional drink of Paraguayan Indians. Yerba mate leaves make a liquor with a bitter taste and markedly smoky aroma. It is drunk in a pumpkin-shaped container (calabash) and sucked through a metal straw with a net at one end (bombilla). Be careful of the first steaming hot sip. We serve it sweetened with caramel.
Roast green mate (roasting releases caffeine from its chemical bonds, making the drink more stimulating in the short-term compared to mate Rancho), the liquor is bready and sweet with a lightly smoked roasted flavour and exceptionally strong stimulating properties. We serve it sweetened with caramel.
A flavoured roasted Mate Pampero with rich cocoa and flowery notes, a heavier tea more suitable for drinking in colder months. It contains roast mate, cocoa beans, rooibos, almond pieces, cactus flowers, sunflower and cornflower petals and flavouring. Sweetened with caramel.
